Shipping & Returns

Shipping:


Shipping is available at the buyers expense. Orders will be shipped during the week, Monday through Friday. Shipping carrier may be Canada Post or an individual carrier, as agreed by both parties. 


Returns & Exchanges:


Our work is custom made, we understand that the item purchased may not be exactly what you envisioned, please contact us to discuss:

  • if there is change that can be done, ie. wrong size, or
  • a new item can be created to replace the original, once the original is returned.


Condition of Return:

  • Items or Products being returned must be in “unused or new-condition”,
  • Must have original receipt,
  • Items showing use or wear may be subject to a restocking fee based on wear or damage. 


Return Shipping Costs: 

  • All costs associated with returning or exchanging a item or product are the responsibility of the customer. 


To Initiate a Return:

  • Please contact us using our contact form; include your name, invoice date, invoice number and the item being returned. 
  • Once your request is received, we will either reach out to you to discuss or provide additional information on completing your return or exchange. 


What cannot be returned?

  • Multiple versions of the same item ordered in different sizes and colours.
  • Personalized items.
